According to London Marathon organisers the mean average a golden bond runner (that is a runner who got their marathon place through a charity) raises for their chosen charity is £1700. I will have my hair shaved down to a grade 4 if £2000 is reached. For every £500 raised over that it will drop another clipper grade ie:

£2000 - 4
£2500 - 3
£3000 - 2
£3500 - 1
£4000 - 0

If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing my shaved head, i can assure you it is goofier than my long hair and worth the price of admission!!

If my fundraising total on the day of the London Marathon doesn't break the £2000 mark you will have until May 3rd 2009 (one week after the London Marathon) to get it up there and beyond!
